AGB - General Terms and Conditions

The guest accommodation contract (rental agreement) is concluded as soon as the room is confirmed and approved. If a confirmation is not possible for reasons of time (“walk in”), the guest admission contract is concluded when the room is made available. The contractual partners are bindingly obliged to fulfil the contract. The contract cannot be unilaterally deleted. Reserved rooms are available to guests from 14:30 on the day of arrival and until 10:30 on the day of departure. If agreed upon rooms, for whatever reason, should not be available, the Kuck Guesthouse has to provide an equivalent replacement.
